There are so many inogration or opening of new site or new project in vadodara.

specially ajawa and sama-savali road are the developed area I mean growing area of the vadodara. the builders contructs their sites. to sell their skim they give more facilites and location, building construction.i am talking avout one skim which was visited by me"the puncham villas".

pancham villas have both 3 bhk & 4bhk villas.

the contruction of building beautiful and according to the indian style.

the builder provides the double coated plaster finishing wall with beautiful asian paints color.

provides drainage, and water supply,

one attched bathroom and toilet with full plumbing acceseries, for hot water  builder provides the solar water heater for every willas.

parking space.

a beautiful garden for walking and playing outdoor games .

also provides the rcc road .

it was beautifull experience to visit it,

builders are also providing hoam loan facilities.

Pancham Villa is a project by Pancham group. and is nearly completed  . located on ajwa road, near bhagya laxmi society.

There are 3BHK villas . The architecture and design of the villas are superb. and as a student of civil engineer. and I had seen construction work of this project. the builder had construct the buildings according to indian standards. and are of great quality. and will has a great life.

Pancham villa is good for staying for Lnt employees. as lnt knowledge city is just 5 min away from pancham villa. and yes the colony is located in a peaceful place. and not also on main road. a little innner. after bhagya laxmi society.

There are RCC roads of great quality. Solar water heater in all bathrooms. Garden for children. undergrounf cabling. etc. not much amenities. but there are standard ones.

Overall, a very nice build by Pancham Group. there is one more project of pancham group in city. a trusted developers.
