Pancham Villa is a project by Pancham group. and is nearly completed  . located on ajwa road, near bhagya laxmi society.

There are 3BHK villas . The architecture and design of the villas are superb. and as a student of civil engineer. and I had seen construction work of this project. the builder had construct the buildings according to indian standards. and are of great quality. and will has a great life.

Pancham villa is good for staying for Lnt employees. as lnt knowledge city is just 5 min away from pancham villa. and yes the colony is located in a peaceful place. and not also on main road. a little innner. after bhagya laxmi society.

There are RCC roads of great quality. Solar water heater in all bathrooms. Garden for children. undergrounf cabling. etc. not much amenities. but there are standard ones.

Overall, a very nice build by Pancham Group. there is one more project of pancham group in city. a trusted developers.
