Genuine advice look for small projects with limited flats or houses outside this project as for these prices you can definitely find several alternative just research. They treat u like dirt and they don't accept complaint to solve u take what crumbs they throw. Go for few flat project so called big project are black and fight in Tnrera is costly time consuming

I have bought this here and really more than happy to share that this is at amazing place and with more amazing amenities. And everything needed is a nearby place.

Have been to Pacifica office to enquiry regs 2/3 bhk. Negotiated. .. But we were also getting a better price from a resell property, so decided to go with it. Finally when the builder came to know abt it, they made sure we dnt get a flat at all n their appts. They are trying all means to make sure, we do not get a flat there.

I booked an flat in Pride B tower in Chennai Padur on March 2023 with the reference given by Proptiger website. They ask me to pay 1L as token amount like blocking your flat and sales person said it will be refunded 100%. Unfortunately, without verifying legal documents, I signed on booking document and paid 1L as booking amount. When I sign the document I asked them here cancellation charge mentioned she said it will be like 1 or 2% from 1L so I signed it. When I verify the legal documents, they said previous owners details will not be included in the agreement so I thought of not proceed further and canceling the booking. When I request for refund of 1L they replied like 10% of the unit value and booking amount will be deducted so refund is not applicable for your apartment. Please never trust the sales person and CRM person of this property. All lies only, they will not even respond you once you paid 1L. I chased them for 4 months to get the clear legal document which is only related to my flat only. Never sign on any document or pay booking amount based on the sales team words. Keep it in your mind all lies which they are saying. Even they were not shared legal documents in paper they said it cost more and it is vast document. If it is a vast document they can share the documents which are related to the flat which we are buying right, I dont think that cost more. I wonder 81acers of land they are owning and they are concern about the cost of 800 page of whole document or 80 page of the document which are related to us. This was mentioned by the sales person about the xerox cost I dont want to mention her name here. My only mistake was I trusted them and signed on the booking document without reading it completely. Thanks Pacifica I lost 1L but you saved 60L of my remaining amount.

Some doubt clear and everything alright now. I recently purchased a flat in Pacifica Aurum, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The architectural design is outstanding, and the flats are built to provide ample sunlight and ventilation.

Borewell water, Interior space, exterior space, ceiling height, view, road accessibility and road width are the best in this project.

This project has only basic facilities and amenities that is why maintenance fee is low compared to other near by projects.

Seems resolved all issue. The location is perfect, with easy access to IT corridors, schools, shopping malls, and entertainment venues. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and attention to detail in this project.

Maintenance issue resolved! I had an amazing experience with the staff. They are very clear with all info and are very polite. You should definitely go for pride towers. Amazing apartments, great company

The builder has no skills and working experience and he is probably one of the worst builders that I have come across! They keep changing the mapping and implementation of the project from time to time.

There are many agents who fail to share important information among other agents who can get the work done effectively by co-ordinating effectively with other agents. And hence the agents who work for the buyers, as they are unable to search for the properties which match their buyer’s requirements on various online real estate portals and other media sources.

It is a generally known fact that a simple civil complaint will always fail to deliver a good result so as to been affected by something like having the builder not been quite proficient or faithful to hand over the possession in the said deadline.

Peace is a problem since the location is situated in the middle of all the Hussle of the daily crowd. Since this place is a very go-to place for many people to travel for food, movies and entertainment, this place looks crowded when vacation period arises.

Public toilets are absent in the vicinity which leads to lack of hygiene and good health issues from the nearby areas. Emergency travel issues are not catered for tourists. This becomes a graving concern with regards to the builder's reputation.
