PACE BUILDER is 3rd rated cheat. Please refrain yourself from buying flats from this rl. None of his projects are completed on time or handed over to owners on time. His marketing team will talk nicely to while you booking the flat and assure you to address all your problem. But, they won't listen to you once you booked your flat. Always they say what we can do against our MD. You don't get appointment with their MD Krishna Kumar. He looks like educated but play a villain role when you approach him. He is a smart game player. He always move things against you and make sure he check mate against you when you request your rights and need as committed during order booking. They have one more director called Rajasekar. He is such a 3rd rated rowdy. Krishnakumar and Rajasekar will play between quoting between each of their name when you demand things. Like Krishnakumar will accept sometime your demand but finally say that Rajasekar doesn't accept. Rajasekar will accept when you approach him but he will say later that Krishnakumar did't accept. And they show their face like they don't each other in between because they are not satisfied customer. I mean, they behave like good people in front of you but they cleverly play a smart role to make sure that you are running between post to pillar and you will be never fulfilled with your rights. They make sure that they violate all the rule and enjoy the benefits but leave the customers as a victim. Quality of the construction is very poor. In fact, they give every aspect of the job to subcontractor where the plumbing & electricals are very poor. You can assume that 30% of the size will be shrinken when you move in to your flat. So the built up area will not be the industry standard when you move in. They promised to hand over PACE PRANA apartments by 2013. But even after 2016 they have not handed over to the customers. Still there is no sewage connection and water connection provided yet even after 2 years from the possession. When AIADMK come into power, they say we would have made it if it is DMK is the ruling party. When DMK come into power, they say we would have made it happen if it is AIADMK. They keep saying some story to run behind them for several years. finally, you will be frustrated and stop asking him. Even they staffs / labors don't give you respect to you and they always say go to office and ask. If you go to office, they say you have get it done at site.
Also, they try to create groups with in the owners and split you into different groups by doing politics and they enjoy the quarrel between the owners.
In fact in Selaiyur, the residents locked out their staff over night for not responding to their rights and asked Krishnakumar to come and release them. That bad it was. I think, PACE PRANA in Anna Nagar also frusturated a lot.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE... KEEP AWAY FROM SUCH RS IN THE INDUSTRY
I HEARD FROM MY FRIENDS THAT NAVEEN IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL.... THERE ARE BETTER PLAYER IN THE MARKET.. PLEASE GO TO GOOD PEOPLE AND DO NOT ENCOURAGE SUCH PACE BUILDER LIKE FOX....
