Chasing them for last 20 months for unit surrender but no reply. Booked by my father who is 75 years old now, they were supposed to give possession in three years but six years have passed. Met them personally but no response. What they write on their portal in terms of transparency, values and commitment actually doesn't bother to show to their customers. This I am talking about their project on lucknow kanpur road.

Paarth Infrabuild is a company by corrupt UP cadre ex-IAS PN Mishra and his son, with this company they are doing the biggest fraud in Lucknow's real estate market by grabbing the hard earned money of middle-class families. 150+ RERA cases are going on against them, the number is expected to rise in future, stay away from them.
