P S Developers is not a good builder and group

This is a very small group and they are very mean, kanjoos people with cheating intensions. Builder never come forward to talk or discuss. only Manager Umaid Mainkar is available to talk.  Lots of complaint. they have not yet given parking to the people.  who all got the parking not yet got the parking alottment letters.

Vinay surkutla is the one of the owner,  even after possession people had to follow to get install the MSEB electricity meter,  he was earlier providing electricity with private meter and commercial rates.   For every small thing you need to beg and request them. .

Even they are given flats of half rate of the markets then also no one should buy flat from them. they are just arrogant and not good people.
