P Dot G, Chennai

One of the cheating builder Mr.Prabakar Reddy. PdotG expansion P= poor quality people, dot= Black&Red dot on people face. G= Goondas in construction industry.

In my experience, I have never come across such a worst company and people in my life. Project delay and never bother to answer our calls and reply our mails. I strongly recommend that not to entertain such a builders in future.

I booked my flat in flora pattibram chennai almost five yeas no progress at all and nobody is bother to answer our calls a respect to the customer.

Mr. Reddy appoint  all young ladies and they will call you for the booking and for the payment once you paid and your life is miserable after that no body will answer your call and just through the responsibility to other people.

Has been waiting for a flat booked in their Innova project for ages. No proper response from staff, has not handed over flat or even have properly started the construction despite delaying the handover for 3 years.

I am now forced into a legal battle with them as their staff never communicates properly and keep us frustrated . Never book if you care about your hard earned cash and your peace of mind.

PDotG is very worst in timely delivery of the flat. Please think about going with Pdotg as for an instance, Maraimalai Nagar Icon project is still not completed. The construction was started before 2 years and there is no work going on for the past 10 months. Completely stopped and no answers from the top management. Pdotg is not responding to the customers calls and no updates on the progress. Potheri Matrix is also in the same status and no work in progress.

I bought my house from PdotG. I really wish they make their deliveries on time.  I do  understand real estate constructions are wrought with difficulties, but they delayed a lot. However, in the end I feel it was almost worth the wait, partly because I felt walking into my own house and partly because of the quality of work they had produced. They delivered on everything on what they had promised. Except for the time of delivery.

Project Started June-2012 to date April-2016,

out of 7 blocks only 4 blocks construction works are going for more than 4.5 years

God only knows when they will finish these 4 blocks and they will start other 3 blocks

It looks like top management / owners are not serious to finish the project; construction activity is more or less same for past 2 years.

Staff don't know what to answer so they are not talking anymore.

I feel they stuck with some serious issues, you just can't reach more than just front office people.

Among many other builders I have come across off late, P dot G has some of the finest facilities . I have personally bought a 2BHK apartment here and am very pleased  with the services offered by them. Their interiors are very beautifully done with aesthetic designs.

They are a perfect constructional structure that define what we call'beauty with brains'.

Buying an apartment is a life time achievement and especially for me it was a big thing. Had to keep my hard earned money, so after going through many projects, keeping in mind the location and pricing, I have purchased a flat in P dot G.

Their services are decent, so is the quality of their service. After inspection of my flat, I was happy that the materials used were good, and I felt it worth the value of money spent.

I have booked a flat in one of their projects. There was a slight delay but I am delighted with their quality of work. Very happy living with initial teething problems. worth buying!Excellent support from execution team in finishing stages. Would give them a 5 star if the time promised couled be delivered.

Please don't buy any flats from P dot G , they are one of the worst builder in chennai. They will not finish the project on time. They are cheating their customers. I had a very worst experience with P dot G. Don't waste your money by buying any flats with them. Here I am sharing one of my worst experience with them.

I bought a flat from them , project name "PANCHAVARNA" , i got 2.5 years back. when i was buying the flat they have told me that they will complete the project in 2 months and will complete all amenities in 1 month but now nearly 2.5 years gone they didn't do anything.

My flats was in the same condition when i buy it. Now a days they are not ready to answer to any customers. They are answering like speaking to slaves.All Panchavarna apartment owners got frustrated and had meeting with them. they are just trying to push the customer out of there campus.

The MD is not ready respond to the customers. There are some employees they in sales team name suha, Suh(GM) , Senlvean(GM). There only job is to speak sweetly at first then will show there actual face(will be rude and will not pick the call, and they always use to lie to customers)

Guys, Who really want to buy a dream house. please don't go to P Dot G. It's my kind advice to all.
