Ozone builder is one of the worst. , con and scamster builder of the town as they had already taken money from us about 8 month before but not given any property and possesion to us the owner praveen mangla is a con man who had taken millions of money from public including us hidden some where else I suggest to other people that never make contact to ozonr group. ozone group is not giving a single penny which they have taken from market and public

Poor quality of construction including material and finishing. The latches are rusted, gaps between window chokhats and walls, broken tiles in washrooms, electrical switch boards are tilted, etc etc.

Unexpectedly blown-up demand raised at the time of possession.
