Never ever go with Oyster Living as they are big cheater. They will make you to pay within a day after giving presentation and false promises but when you realise that you made a mistake by investing with them then they will take years and years to avoid your refund. Their director Mr. Tejas Vyas is member in Credai mchi even after looting hundreds of people. Hope we will see him behind bar very soon.

Please do not burn your hard earned money in this never completing project of Oyster Living. I had made booking and after seeing no progress requested to cancel the booking. After cancellation they said that they will deduct 20% amount and refund remaining within 36 weeks. But even after one year of cancellation I have not received the refund yet. They are not even responding to my emails and calls.

All those who are giving good rating and review to this builder and project are builder's people only.

They are stealing people's money so that they can atleast get their salaries.

Oyster Living Dahisar is a fraud project. Do not invest. Builder has launched project in 2015 and was supposed to give possession on 2020. Builder is a big time liar. Many people have invested in the project and many of them have cancelled their investment. Even after 3-4 years builder have not returned their money. Builder is total fraud. Builder has started 4 projects and all of which are stuck as on date. Builder will also hide many terms and condition from you. Builder wont tell you about refund and interest policy. He will only say will pay you interest and will refund your money, but wont tell you when. once you invest, he will give you allotment letter in which he will say that in case if you cancel he wont pay you interest and also he will deduct 10% of your money and will return you the remaining 90% of the amount after 36 weeks(9 months). then also he has not yet returned money to the investors who are waiting for past 3-4 years.
