No customer service

Review On Oyester Homes, Chennai

I just recently purchased a flat from Oyester homes named Oyester Mullaivanam. Until I made the last payment from my end, every time I call for any query or service every one in the organisation was very helpful. But from the day I made the last payment from my end, until today the service provided was very disappointing.

I do not see any ownership that they have taken in there heart that this building was built by them. I today after three months after coming into my house get a feeling me being genuine customer giving money when ever you asked for and did not hold single rupee that belongs to them when I did my house warming function, today being let down by there service.

I was the first person to book a flat in this project and I along with everyone who booked a flat here where informed that there will be a 10 feet road in the front side of the building

But later understood that this was a word game that they played with the customers because after completing when we asked where is the road they said govt will lay the road . I did not understand because why is the govt going to lay a small road which is of no use to them because it's a dead end.

1 . Your supervisor did not give me the key for just 3000.

2 . Today I have been asked for 400 rupees for washing machine outlet not being fixed properly by your workers.

The best part is I get to know today that the water outlet in utility area in kitchen is not for washing machine and it's jut to avoid water leakage.

1. The drainage lorry came only once and the pit got broken.

As far as I understand 10 feet road is from our gate but the pit is built in the government road.

I don't think the government is going to build any road but even if they try to build, our pit will be broken and who is going to bare the cost when that happens?

Who's fault it is to build the pit outside our flat area?

Every month we have to take drainage twice now the lorry man is not willing to come in the road that is been laid by you and charge is 2200 and if they have to put a hose take the drainage from front side it will cost an additional 800.

So where is after service or even service for the trust that I had in your organisation to build my house and gave you lakhs of money.

I understand small miss here and there but it's your responsibility to correct it but today you are trying to run away as you have sold the house to us.

I never expected this from your organisation I am very disappointed by the way the issues are dealt with.
