If you ever find a police person as flat owner in this society, then run else he will eat away your hard-earned money by cheating you both in rent and in deposit [ because he is the legal entity ]
Incase you are OK to loose your deposit and 1 month rent go ahead [ which is your hard earned money and not corruption money ]
> Even if you have every proof intact be it on WhatsApp chat, Rent Agreement, email, video, payment receipt, voice call recording -> He will first say he understands you then he will somehow shout at you to show his dominance and you will get tired-> Then he will snatch away your money
> One cannot reason with this guy and his son .cuz they know how to manipulate legal process as they are in police [ you know the usual extortion and corruption ] and will try to manipulate the tenant to extract maximum money as possible.
> They will come any time in the society and hog over your vehicle placement as they have many relatives in the same area.
> I lost more than 21k to this person without any valid explanation, he only knows how to shout and extract money
[ If you ask him for receipt for things which he is claiming, he will shout once again stating why he should give receipt.]
