The carpet area of a 2 BHK is like a 1 BHK here! The space is so small and you pay the price of a 2 BHK, so do some research and see what a proper 2 BHK needs to be like so that you do not get cheated!

Many of the buyers in the real estate properties that come up as investors or buyers are facing hard time since not many self employed people are been able to pass all the eligibility criteria for qualifying for a house loan. The government should take some active steps in nudging the banks to help such scenarios.

There has been frequently lodged complaints regarding the buyers facing a lot of disturbance from the guys who stay in and around and fail to be co-operative to the nearby neighbours during the night time by producing sound.

Certain amount of down payment is made mandatory for all the buyers and from among the buyers, it is the bachelors that cannot move forward with the buying options. This needs to improve so that many of the projects can be shifted to buying options.

There are many developers who try to send the potential buyers the projects that are under-constructed. This happens to turn out to be a bummer as the buyer don't go for investing in a finished project and the under-constructed projects are delayed by 1-3 years.

The carpet area of this place is quite small as compared to other 2 BHK houses and yet they have the audacity to demand the same price as the bigger house. It is not a worth it investment as per me.

They did not go ahead with the plans that were conveyed to us and we had to bear all the extra costs that happened because of that. Plus, their plans were of no benefit to us; it was only helpful to them, yet we had to pay.
