Nirvana Buildscape has several projects. Some of the projects they start pre-booking without getting clear title. Especially the project in Chembur.

The property is under dispute there is a stay. Nirvana is in contempt of the stay by advertising on their web and other sites. Contempt of stay usually means a prison term.

The plot in Chembur where they have started the project Nirvana heights belongs to the heirs of the late MR. M Ramaswamy and Nirvana has forcefully taken the thumbprint from his 84 year old widow. Really scary!
