Next Generation Builders, Mumbai

Hello everyone today I am going to write my review on mouthshut.com my review will be about the next generation Builders. Friends you should have heard the name of these builders the next generation builders because they are one of the famous one in the Mumbai area so if you live near the Mumbai area then you must be knowing their names but in this review I will be telling about some of the negative aspects of these builders which I felt when I booked one of the aspects of the project developed by them and I must say that the project delivery was late it was very very late moving on further with the customer services that they provide it was better than the others but not the best I must say that some other which I have booked flat with the doors builders are much better then what these next generation builders provide the customer service so I may suggest that before trying these you should go for some others and try your luck because finding a good builder is a tough job in today's world next about their staff staff no problem at all about the staff will the staff was good nothing bad if I considered the services with the stuff then the staff is better but the services or not I don't know why but the rate the implementation rate the services were not so good because the flag which I book that wasn't at what I expected it was a little miss guiding over there that the customer services did with us and the staff to by the flat in one of their project

Hello I have share my opinion of this builder name next generation builder located in mumbai west near bandra my house is near in this bulider office I was know the builder and his team I was saw it there is no experienced of this builders there is somethings 1 and 2 contract are giving there is not experienced the builder it can giving the contract that simplify waste of money and time also I was like to buy flat before I know it contract are giving to next generation after we know it we cancel to buy a flat in this building there is not customer satisfaction to that builder staff courtesy was not experience because there is all the team are new youth no others experienced there is no more product implementation they are used very cheap rate of implementation I was not satisfied and I hope tou can not buy this flat of this under constuction building

Hello friends. Today I am share my personal opinion about Next Week Generation of Builders. Friends this next generation of builders are located in bandra and some are located in Mumbai. Me and my friend had one month before booked a flate in Mumbai.They already taken all money from us. Just some small amount before possession was pending. The construction of the building is not so good. All the stuff curtesty is not good so friend this flate is not good according to my opanion. So friend don't waste your money for this type of flate. Guys Next Generation builders are located in bandra and have some projects in Mumbai. I had booked  a flat in one of their projects in Bandra East and was expecting delivery of the house on the time they had committed to me which was on December of 2013 but now its June of 2015 and I have got possession now.

In fact, they had already taken all money from me just some small amount before possession was pending. The construction quality is also not that good looking at the price he charged us, and the building dos not look much similar to the kind of elevation they showed us.

Even the internal amenities like tiling and sink and other basic stuff is also of not the imported quality which they had committed. Please think 10 times before buying from this builder.
