NCC Urban, Bangalore

I came to know about NCC URBAN with the help of my friend, he suggested me to buy a flat with them. So visited their all projects and I was happy with service and construction plan I booked a flat with them a good price.Now I am happy with the service provided buy them. I should say gratitude to my friend for introducing me to such quality builder. I am also writing this letter, to suggest other genuine buyers to buy from them..

We have wasted both our money and time by booking the flat with NCC Urban– Apartments, Villas, Townships, Real estate, Bangalore. In the year of 2010 I and one my friend Dinesh Kumar both called from this to buy a 2BHK flat in their Koramangala project. In Oct 2010 regularly NCC Urban’s people called me, emailed me to visit the site and we booked the flat with their new project in Koramangala.

So in Oct 2010 we both went to their office for site visit. At that time their sales person gives overview of their project and forces us to book the flat by paying a little booking amount for any floor of the building. Still I was not agreeing but my friend said we should book. And after one week my friend came to my home and told me that we shall go tomorrow to book the flat.

In the same week we booked two 2 BHK flat with NCC Urban Builders - NCC Urban Developers by paying 2.85 lakhs as the booking amount. After three months of this we paid the first installment of 3.4 lacks rupees. In March 2011 we visited the construction place where they had stopped the construction of building. When we asked about this NCC Urban Infrastructure Limited people asked us not to worry as the construction would start after 2 or three months.

When again we visited the construction place there was no work done in 9 months and on our request they responded that the construction would start again the next month. Still there are no works going on the NCC Urban Nagarjuna Meadows, Bangalore Building and in request we are getting only the issues.

Friends, this is Anupam Shahay, I have bought a 2BHK apartment in Bangalore from NCC Urban– Apartments, Villas, Townships, Real estate Builder in 2007 by paid 1.26 lakhs booking amount. The total cost of the flat was 34 lacks with sharing of Multi-Purpose Hall and Swimming Pool in Building or without these amenities total cost was 31 lacks.

I was booked the flat for without these amenities at the time of booking.  After booking I have visited 5 to 6 time to the construction place in past 3 year. From last 3 year building condition is same as it is. NCC Urban Nagarjuna Meadows, Bangalore are not interested to construct the building.

Some of the customer of this project is tried for money refund from them but NCC Urban Builders- NCC Urban Developers are not ready to do this. Now some the customer have given the complaints in consumer court for loss the money and get cheated from NCC Urban Infrastructure Limited.

Hello, this is Ramesh Singh. Friends I have booked a 2 BHK flat at Bangalore in the year of 2007. My friend Amit Kumar has also booked the flat with NCC Urban Builder. We both are suffering from depression after booking the flat with this type of builder.

This happened in the year of 2007 when I came to the office of NCC Urban to visit their project in HSR layout Bangalore. On that day they had promised so many things like we shall finish the project with given duration of the time, we are providing very low cost of flat in Bangalore, you will able to take home loan from 3 to 4 banks for your flat, so many false promises and some I have even forgotten.

By lessening these things I had told to our friends, that they should also visit NCC Urban builder as they were promising so many things at such a less price. After 6 months from my booking my friend also booked a 2 BHK flat in same project by paid 90k as the booking amount.

After that in these 4 years we both have visited them more than 100 times in their office for the completion of our flat. NCC Urban are giving us is so many issues with building completion but not the completion date.
