I visited NBR Trifecta project the right place for the investment, I visited with executive suresh and he shown the project completely and explained me about the amenities clearly in that layout, also had a discussion with their senior manager and given the availability of plots am looking for the pure investment I think better than this place I will not get in the surrounding  locations.

Last Sunday I had been visited the NBR TRIFECTA project it's really very good, I personally feel that in that surrounding locations I have visited more than 10 projects but  these people are delivering a very good product by developing the entire layout.

Price also very reasonable and very good connectivity from sarjapura, thank you NBR. I need some time to make my final decision on 640 sqft plot.

Good Land Promoter and give the appreciation for your investment. Visited the project NBR Trifecta really good development in that area and also giving for the good price.

Really looking forward to investing the money in this project, location also quite good and the amenities which they have provided in the layout is also looking nice.

Looking for a 30*50 plot one again ill visit with my family and then ill take a decision.

It makes me feel to good to talk about NBR developers. Their projects are really good and I also feel its worth it. Recently I just visited their project in Sarjapura Road. Its in a very good location and close to Hosur too. Well planned with well maintained roads and also a development area.

I personally feels if one is looking for an investment purpose, then would find this project good. Far away from this pollution, good atmosphere made me to buy a property and their team is excellent and very professional. They were good at their work. I am happy with the service they gave me

Today with my family I visited the nbr trifecta project really am very much satisfied after visiting many projects in that location their price was quite good and the amenities they have given in the layout also nice.

I am very much interested to buy the plot no: 427 or 432 once again I will visit with my family and finalise Thanks to the salesperson MR.Bhaskar he guided me everything about the project with positive and negatives

Very good stay with the own house greenry and main road is too near by the plot but felt its too far from Bangalore

and also thamilnadu is means feeling bad to karnatka people, if the price is near to 1000 for sq ft would be better.

good thing is getting loan with your reference and also people would like to see the documents before the deposite.

Today visited NBR Trifecta project really they have developed a very good layout in sarjapur with good amenities. I got to know this project with my friend only very good place for investment, the employees was absolutely good they are taking care well about the client and neatly explaining about the project and giving what are all the positives and negatives of the project and clearly giving the idea about the investment part

I was looking for a property connecting to the main road and close to Hosur. I came across NBR developers and visited their property NBR Trifecta which is in Sarjapur Bagalur Road. It's a marvelous project and it's provided a lot of amenities. Its in a good location and I felt it's in a developing area. I personally preferred it because it's far away from city life and the layout is well planned .

Besides this I feel it's also good for investment purpose. No regrets in investing money in this property. Value for money too.

NBR Group  its very good company in real estate field. any body is looking properties in beguluru plz go through to this company.  and also good for the investment purpose, different dimensions of plots with affordable pricing I will definitely refer to my friends and relatives to invest because the way they are treating the customers was quite good.

Today Visited NBR Trifecta near sarjapura development was quite good and also they are giving the promising amenities in the layout, the entire layout is covered with the concrete roads that was very fantastic . NBR Group is one of the market leading developers in Bangalore.  Whatever they committed over the phone the same we have seen the development in the NBR Trifecta location.

I will definitely refer to my friends and relatives to invest because the way they are treating the customers was quite good, thank you nbr, I will make my final decision once after discussion with my family. if you want go for it.

I Visited the Trifecta project on last week it looks promising  the marketing executive was friendly and shared very good information about the project.

Actually I got to know this project with my friend who already been booked in this layout, really I had a very good experience with the entire location of the project their developments was quite good, price also reasonable who are looking to invest in property this is the very best place.

NBR Group is one of the market leading developers in Bangalore.  Whatever they committed over the phone the same we have seen the development in the NBR Trifecta location.  The developments are very impressive and nice developments.  We are recommending the NBR Group for buying plots.

Committed staff.  The way of briefing is awesome for the developments near by the projects.

Its worth buying and we bought 2 Plots today.  We can see further good improvements nearby the layout in 6 months to 1 year.

A little away from urban city life, however it is surrounded by fresh air and free from  pollution.Good environment.Value for money .Development is fast and gives a good vision of future. Just visited the property close to Hosur Road. A very nice project. I was happy to see this project located in a very good place. Secure township located in serene atmosphere, away from city pollution. Truly one of the best townships in Bangalore, well-developed and well-maintained roads. NBR Trifecta is a nice project and looking forward for good returns. Besides this my experience with the executive was good and an excellent dealing with the entire team and really happy with the way they co-ordinated. All I can say is they are worth to be referred to friends and relatives.

There has been guidance out from TN Govt about regularisation of panchayat approved plot( NBR Home, Meadows, Green Valley etc.) and deadline for the same is 8th May. It would be great if NBR team can clarify their stands in terms of action they have taken to support all their existing clients. I am one of the customer( Meadows & Green Valley) and yet to hear any official communication from NBR end. Most of the layout developers supporting their clients in this process and I expect the similar response from NBR too.
