Amenities all are good

layout development is good As Soon As Possible I booked a plot in nbr groups

they provide free cab facility, they are explaining very well about her project

it is closed to hosur main Road atmosphere is good, no pollution.

it is attached to NH-207 towards bagalur main Road

Good for investiment and residential purpose

in future its well Developing Area

Today with my family I visited the nbr trifecta project really am very much satisfied after visiting many projects in that location

their price was quite good and the amenities they have given in the layout also nice.

am very much interested to buy thinking which plot no should select once again I will visit with my family and finalise

Thanks to the sales person MR.Bhaskar he guided me everything about the project with positive and negatives

Site is too good . well planned layout I liked Thier layout planning and execution,

underground drainage and water supply systems are awesome, happy for it, land scaling and greenery attracts more in layout,

looking forward to buy very shortly z nice gesture by the site incharge people's Good development good returns we can accept

attached to main road marketing people are excellent and good professionalism.Nice people, better project for investment, layout development is also good.

Had a site visit last week. Happy to see the way they are developing the site. Really value for money & I booked the plot. Hoping for a very good long term association with NBR.

Appreciate the courtesy of the staff and they way they explained about the project.

All the amenities which are planned are very well.

By seeing the area I am sure that there will be a good appreciation in that area.

Further updates can be expected soon from my end.

The layout based on the current development is very fast forward. The amenities provided by the nbr group include club house with swimming pool and gymnasium which constitute about 10, 000 sq. feet. They provide roads made of cement and the plots of the customers choice and requirements are given. The location of the current project is very serine and beautiful. They provide the option of allowing the customer to modify the registered site in anyway they wish to do so.

I am subramanyam I visited the NBR project it is very good project new model house building, open space, road, swimming pool hospital, it development is good, good atmosphere attached to national highway 207. development and amenities are good . NBR provides free cab facility drop and pickup service also good I am going to book a plot in this weed only area is traffic free and pollution free good place to stay

I recently visited NBR Trifecta and very much impressed with the development and decided to buy the plot. They have provided me the cab to visit the site and the executive is very professional and informed every thing about the project. He patiently explained all the queries asked by me. After that I visited the office for the negotiations regarding the price. The office staff was courteous. Initially I interacted with the Marketing executives over there and then finally the MD as well. The MD offered me a very good competitive price. He was very polite and have explained me every thing related the project. So I booked the plot then and there.

Development is good nice co-operative staff service is good like the greenery pollution free area like the NBR cab facility ??.property is on the main road to highway the criteria of Avenue plantation is good I likes it they have made very spacious layout not clinchy more space for parks and all left and one more thing which I likes is underground drainage and sewage system all over I'm satisfied with the product of NBR Group

I have visited NBR Trifecta Layout. It’s on National Highway and fully greenery with no pollution at all inside the layout.

Price is also very reasonable to my knowledge as I have searched nearly 3 to 4 projects in that locality and radius and very good connectivity from Sarjapur. From Sarjapur town, it’s about 6.5 km on the National Highway towards Bagalur(Hosur Road).

Finally, to my budget, for investment purpose, I have decided to buy a plot here. Decided my choice of site inside layout& booked. Took papers and verified with 2 different Advocates. Papers were clear. I have proceeded and paid the payments. Awaiting for the registration.

Becoming a proud owner very soon.:)

We visited to NBR TRIFECTA site, cab facility provided by NBR, Site wise its too good, receiving is awesome.price also reasonable .we are looking to invest our money for a plot in NBR TRIFECTA, its a best place for best price good amount of greenery preserved, should be a perfect address for home Nice planning and distribution of the land. Looking forward for investment in such project This location were this site is put up a awesome and the we were treated with great hospitality on the whole we liked this

It is well developed layout and I have booked one site, the executives was very co-operative and explained well about the site.

I am going to refer this layout to my office colleagues. it is well developed gated community. It is well connected to Hosur it is well atmosphere nice place to investment purpose and also residential purpose

Just now I received my sales deed from office!

It is very smooth process from day I went site to till now.

All are went as expected, little delay in some process, but accepted delay.

I booked the plot area 640 Sqf.

Amenities are very good and I am seeing improvement are being getting ready

Genuine Service from NBR!

I hope soon I will book some thing else soon from NBR!

Nicely developed property, better investment opportunity for future. Connectivity is far better than other properties available nearby. Sales Team is proactive and provided enough information for making decision. There are many options to choose from variety of plot sizes, sales executive suggested the best plot which was suiting my requirement.I would highly recommend all to visit the property and see for yourself.

I saw the layout and development wise it is very good And the location is good traffic free attach to highway connectivity also good and its big layout This one is one of the best project I have seen till now even they giving all 5 star amenities for investment purpose it is best opportunity and the development speed also very goon in 1 year only they have developed almost 70% work of the layout nice one
