developed in the next coming years. A well planned layout .Development is fast and gives a good vision of future.

Today I booked a plot in NBR TRIFECTA Plot no 433 . I am Happy with nbr group. Amenities all are good in this layout

in future it is well developed project for investing and Residential purpose .that to they are providing free cab facility for drop and pickup.Executives they are explaining very well about her project, they way of explaining is very politely .Its a Gated community 60acres project they are providing all faciltiies in this layout. I really liked this project .

IT IS VERY FINE BUT COST IS MORE FOR THAT PLACE. STAFF ARE FRIENDLY. AMENITIES WANTS TO DEVELOPED. ANYWAY OVER IT IS GOOD LAYOUT. WE ARE HAPPY. I REQUEST NBR GROUP TO REDUCE PRICE. I BOOKED A PLOT IN NRB TRIFECTA 20*32 AND IT IS VERY GOOD DEVELOPMENT PLACE IN FUTURE IT BETTER FOR INVESTMENT. I THINK AMENITIES WHAT THEY PROMISED IN LAYOUT IS VERY GOOD BUT HAS TO ACHIEVED IN TIME MEANS IT MAKES CUSTOMERS MORE HAPPY.

We have visited this property to buy residential plot. We are very much impressed after visiting the project. the quality and standards in the project are up to mark, roads and underground rain water harvesting etc, . are up to standards. Very much impressed with infrastructure. Mr Mohan has helped us with site visit and explained with very patience. They understood our doubts and budget and sold the plot at good price to us. We are very happy to buy property with NBR Group.

Work was on in full swing so we are at the moment assured of development. The layout we chose is right at the back but it doesn't look crammed up. The service was good, we were well informed of the positives of buying this property. Courtesy is something the NBG group is known for and we got a taste of it as they ferried us back and forth without a murmur. Not to forget the steaming hot tasty coffees we were served at the main office.

Very good location in upcoming sarjapur hub.it is very well developed and has good connectivity to Bangalore as well as hosur lots of it hubs coming up in close proximity so there r very good chances of appreciation of land value in future so a very good place to invest in .club house swimming pool and amphitheatre is also provided at reasonable maintenance of rs5/per sq ft per year.also just 4 km from sarjapur bus stand.

Exececutives are very courteous through the process and have been very transperant with respect to all the details and with respect to sharing all the legal documents, which gave me confidence in NBR Builders. Plot layout is located in a very scenic and green place.

I had an over all very transparant and very pleasing experience through the entire purchase process. I recommend this project for villa plots.

Site is developing day by day. We have visited 10 days before and found its very long distance, but today we have calculated timing since sarjapura to location is about 5 minutes journey. Its a good project for future investment, we are feeling happy with this investment. Felt happy with the professionalism and friendly behaviour of staffs.

Its value for money  site, you can go ahead with it.
