In 2015, I have submitted in cash Rs. 20, 000/- to NBR for getting Patta for my land nos. 722+723 in NBR Green Valley. I did not receive any receipt from NBR for the cash amount deposited because I was informed that the job shall be done through an agent.

Till date I did not receive any Patta.

I followed up the matter from time to time.

I sent multiple emails. No response.

Upon calling customer care, I was told they lost copies of the sale deed which I submitted during cash deposit. I sent again the scanned copies over email on 14-Apr-2017.

First, we would like to say thank you for having purchased plots at NBR Green Valley. At the same time we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. Let’s not and say we didn't issue a payment receipt to you, kindly provide your payment date with payment proof so that we will give you receipt again. Regarding patta, we would like to know that whom you approached and when?. will be taken serious action against them. So, since we sold out Phase-1 plots almost and handed over all the patta’s for every purchased customer. We request you to come down to our corporate office and meet registration department, they will help you out.
Recently we have taken approval from the HNTDA (88/2018) - Hosur New Town Development Authority as well which helps you a lot.
