They charged a lot of money from us because they over-hyped the project to quite a large extent but what we got was not worth the hype even to a little extent.
Increased inventory

There have been cases where many of the developers have repeatedly failed to make the availability of many of the on sale houses on time to all the buyers. This has led to increase in the inventory and ha created lots of confusion and lack of trustworthiness in the minds of the buyers.
Zero down payment not allowed

This comes out as a very restrictive rule to all the house buyers who are very interested in invest or purchase flats but without initiating a down payment. This needs to actively change and this will come of as an option where the purchase is possible even without the down payment.

It is a very common case where the staff member who works with the brokers happens to realises that there is no much input by the broker and hence is aware of all the tricks in the real estate. This adequately reduces the staff growth.

Builder does not pay the rent to the onwer

There have been many instances of the redevelopment project build up and facilitation where the builders do not pay timely payment to the owners. Thus the owners are not able to shift to new locations or have to compromise with the size of the flat where they stay on a temporary basis.

The possession of this place took so much time and we had to wait for years before we finally got the flat! We were not even paid for our inconvenience
