Ok, Finally Builder made our life hell and now we don't have option instead to doing this.
I have couple of questions to new buyers before purchasing flat in Narya 5 Elements Bangalore Belathur Village
1 - Do you have extra money which you can not keep at your house or may be you do not have enough space then go ahead and buy a flat here.
2 - After seeing this reviews if you are still buying the flat here then I would suggest get a bus till Jayadeva signal, gen down there take a auto till dairy circle, get down and take left and walk for 10 mins, left side you can see Nimhans mental hospital, get your check up done there.
lets come to the point now.
1 - NO OC, Land litigation
2 - Building will not survive more than 10 years( I can bet on this)(Everywhere crack, water leakage, the engineer who build the apartment is not an engineer, he was always on Nasha like(Baba ji ka Buti) and built this apartment.
3- No Lift, No Proper power backup, You can not use AC as there is not enough load.
4 - When it rains water everywhere in the apartment
5 - Once it will rain more, parking will become swimming pool.
6 - Every month residence are paying fine of almost 1.30 lakhs to bescom(electricity bill is Plus)
7 - Flats are cracked everywhere and they are just trying to hide those.
8- When you come to purchase the flat they will make you feel like king and queen but once you purchased the flat, you can see the real face.
try to contact any of the flat owner here before purchasing the flat.
9 - They have taken 2.5 lakhs for amenities and there are no amenities.
10 - there is no club house nor they will build, if you want to do function may be you have to do it on the road.
11 - Still all residence are buying water bottle for drinking purpose, because no water connection, borewell water is so hard 50% owners became bald after shifting here(Kidding) but water is very hard and I am sure you will face hair fall issue for sure.
12 - Builder is like no I will not do the work do whatever you want kind of attitude.
13 - Make sure to stay out the over smart employee, they will make you fool and sell the flat.
14 - This is nothing but a scam, if anyone still interested to purchase plz reply here or email me, I will sell mine in the same price which I bought it.
trust me its gonna be cheaper:P also I lakh extra discount and I will give my bike for free.

hain, Hume CHU banaya geya and hum sab ban bhi geye.
