Land 92/3 of Kammanahalli Begur taluk Bangalore south part of which the 18 guntas next to 92)2;belongs to someone else than Nandi housing or its chairman. Flats have been built and sold making buyers having difficulty. This 18 guntas on which most of the flat is built had already been sold by Ramachandra Rao to Kamakshamma so has sold her entire holdings to Sreenivasa Murthy. In respect of 92/3 the documents have been fabricated and even being aware of 18 guntas belonging to someone Nandi housing though aware have illegally occupied the place after their legal counsel proposed compensation. Ignoring that and fully aware of fabrication of documents Nandi Housing have wilfully constructed without paying compensation.
