Builder is a Idly Dosa vala from Nandhini. Worst mistake of life is to invest in this Shady Project. Bought in 45L and after 10 years the value is 45L .Half completed half baked projects.

Horrible guy who never picks up calls.No legal team. No office to complain.

His other project is Pragathi Amber which is near by which is basically with a change in name but belongs to this FRAUD BUILDER.

Builder ideal pace is in JAIL but he is roaming around freely flouting all rules but one day KARMA will bite him back so hard that he and his whole family will be DESTROYED.

Nandhini Homes(part of Nandhini Hotels) is possibly one of the worst builders in Bangalore. Its never so ending project Prakruthi Solitaire is going on forever without of any signs of getting completed. The Builder promised so many things in the beginning(sprawling open area, no ground floors, No PEMI till possession, etc etc) and it all turned out to be farce. Now even the exit gate which was supposed to be there is no more and only one gate will be used for entry and exit. The project has already been delayed for over 2 years now and still has no signs of completion and on top of that there has been so many false commitments made by the builder even now of getting the project completed. Now even the materials used in construction is being compromised.

Reasons you should invest in Nandhini Homes(Nandhini Hotels initiative) Projects -

1) You feel pleased to see your money go down the drains

2) You want to lose your peace of mind.

3) You have gone crazy.

4) You like hearing false commitments
