The unprofessionalism of this property is really bad! I hate that they do not make sure that we get our flats on time and the maintenance is so god damn high! It is just no fair!

We have to pay a higher maintenance charge for no reason at all! We enquired about the maintenance charges of the buildings in the nearbuy areas and got to know that they pay much less for the same amenities!

Scope for the construction of new projects is very low in this area. Sometimes, connection with bridges seem to be a far off things to be seen as an amenity in the vicinity. Hence it is not reasonable.

These builders charge for parking separtely when as per court ruling you cannot do that! They have many other such hidden charges that are not at all required, which leads to us shelling out a lot more money than is required every month!

Parks are very few in the vicinity leaving little to no room to cater to personal fitness and breathing activities. The children find it difficult to find time for outdoor playing and old find it difficult to casually stroll around when need be.

These builders have the worst customer service working for them! They have no knowledge about technical stuff and I felt that I made a huge mistake after investing in their project after talking to their customer service!

Do not go by the words they say. The lie a lot while selling and completely go back on their commitment. They have a tendency to over promise and under deliver by less than half of what they promised.

My advice get everything in writing . Do a thorough check on the agreement and my personal advice avoid this builder unless the deal is too good to ignore.

Staff while selling is excellent. The moment you buy it they become horrible. Its not like I haven't bought properties earlier and none of the real estate guys are good., but by far Nahar came across as the biggest liars.

And there delivery timing is also poor.

How do the MCGM officials give him the occupation certificate for buildings even without obtaining Environmental Clearance. Interestingly the same BMC commissioner in whose tenure the maximum number of commencement certificate were issued to him in violation of environmental clearances lives in his township and also heads the State Environmental Assessment Committee

Good place to stay. Even though the builder is unreasonable and unreliable(especially Rajesh Yagnik), the proximity to Hiranandani makes this place worth while. I would recommend buying, but negotiate very hard. They are running surplus and Flats haven't been sold.

Be care of their timelines and internally messed up processes. Known to upset people.Apartment plans quite bad. Construction work throughout the year. Even on buildings that have been completed a while back the parking area is a mess. Access road is a complete mess.

Slums all around.

Sukhraj Nahar, a name common to all Mumbaites. Everyone wakes up to the newspaper ads of Nahar Amritshakti - supposedly the greenest of the Mumbai areas.

Do you all know he is a big fraud and cheat. The Chandivali village that he rules upon is not bought by him at all, he has cheated to own it. Many years back, the original owners- Jatin Seth was threatened by life to handover the property to this fraud, Nahar. Nevertheless, he is the king of Chandivali(beggar I would name him, well he supposes himself to be a king at least) His strength lies in providing black money to all the babus of BMC and elsewhere, so that he is not stopped by them at any cost. Every babu of the BMC or the MCGM salutes them and gets paid:)

You can just search in google with the following keywords' Nahar Amritshakti Complaints' and you would be greeted with a plethora of bad reviews against this cheat.

Some complainants say that they were not provided parking, of which they were illegaly forced to pay(Supreme court has ordered against selling of parking some years back)

Some complainants say that they have not received any amenity as promised by Nahar and some complainants even refer that they were forced by muscle power to pay up lakhs of their hard earned money for simple NOCs. Evidence even suggests that the NOCs were accepted against donation reciepts to evade taxation and legal problems.

Recently his work is being held up for the sector R1 which houses a hill. Apparently, he is trying to cut down this hill for his own interests. Obviously, if he chops off the bloody hill, he would be awarded with a plain land allowing him to construct as much as possible, exhausting the entire FSI, additional TDRs etc. Now, the good thing is that some residents had complained against him to the High Court on his move to chop down the hill and natural areas. Unfortunately, the hill herein is surrounded by some unstable areas prone to landslide every monsoon. These landslides proved as a boon to this cheat rogue and he obtained an order from the High court that since this hill is prone to landslides, a stabilization is required for that. He pitched in expert professors from IIT even(read that as bought them) to back him up so that the high court believes him.

Proven that to the high court, this rogue is now all set to chop the damn hill off with the false pretext of stabilizing it.

The poor residents who were trying to complain against him are left with no other option than to give way to the high court ruling.

This rogue Nahar is even believed to have a strong hold in the underworld which gives him immense power and political backup. He is regularly involved in Swachh Bharat mission, cleanups of the residential areas of Chandivali with a huge backup from the Bollywood, JITO matches. All these are nothing but political hypes to hide his ugly self.

Well, there is nothing much the Indian residents can do to bring him down,  except for clapping for this rogue and cheat.

Well a little that the Mumbaites can do- stop buying his properties. Bring his business down to roads.

This article was written with an aim to expose the ugly side of this builder. No one has paid me to write this. This is my own experience which has given me the enthusiasm to write this so that like me, there are no more sufferers. This is also an exclamation on the growing fraud and cheating business of builders who have no one to stop them and control them. Probably we all residents of India can, by blacklisting such people and stop his growth altogether.

He just loved it. In fact, he is always impressed Nahar project considering the trust they have built among their customers. But this project in particular, is in a perfect location and provides all the necessary amenities. I’m so glad he found his perfect pavilion.

One of the best place to live in Chandivali is Nahar Amrit Shakti. The flat is spacious and well- designed good infrastructure and all the basic amenities are provided. The builder has taken care of every small thing to satisfy customer needs.

My uncle has booked an apartment here, really classy. you can never doubt brands like Nahar. I have seen Amrit Shakti in Chandivali as well here my aunt is currently residing is just superb. Also, the rooms are very spacious. You can find lawn to roam around and amenities. Nahar will always maintain the quality with the cost. Also if you go for other private builders then you may not know whether it's genuine or not. But builders like Nahar are known across the country. Please go for it.they are simply superb. You have all the amenities inside itself. You will get 2 bhk, 3 bhk, and 4 bhk as well. prices will vary based on the number of bedrooms and sq mts area. this property includes 24Hr Backup, Basket Ball Court, Club House, Gymnasium, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Swimming Pool, Indoor Games, Recreation Facilities, etc. You don’t have to go outside the weekends.
