N V S realtors is one of the best real estate consulaltant in coimbatore. It is located in madukkarai. The realtors sales the best lands in very lowest price, experienced in mine life.

Other realtors sales the one cent land is 1, 00, 000 rupees but N V S realtors sales the same one cent land in 85, 000 only.

Nvs Realtors is one of the best builders in Coimbatore. You also use this builders knowledge and took your perfect infrastructure building. I would like to new updates on buildings and mine home was now very good elevation and quality of materials and quality of the building is good. Quality ND quantity of materials as per codes.

Yes You are correct that NVS enclave is not a gated community. I also saw this venture and as mentioned by you it is not gated community. The 34 houses on south side i.e. 17 opposite houses are separated by 8' path in between from the 8 houses or TeamYesh on north side. The path will be used by farmers / villagers. May be in future the villagers may take over this path. In such case there will be virtually 2 gated communities. i.e. 34 houses and 8 houses separately.

So the conclusion is it is not gated community. When I was searching for house I Anasultanlysed this area with my firend. Even I discussed with farmers who are having land by the side of this venture(I have forgotten the name of the farmers and even I do not have their contact numbers). If you go there you can meet them and discuss also with them. The farmers told me that while selling land to NVS Builders, they did not sell the 8' path which will be with them only and will be used as a thoroughfare. So it is a permanent problem. Tomorrow they may close that area creating a situation of two gated communities, in which case the residents of 34 houses have to go around to come for L&T by pass road. Further for your information I decided not to go for this venture, because of costing issues. The farmers informed me that the NVS builder purchased farm land @ Rs.75000/- for one cent, but he is selling to customers for Rs.4 lakhs per cent. This is unimaginably very very high escalation. How Rs.75k has become Rs.400 K i.e. around 6 times in a period of few weeks or months. This is how real estaters are escalating cost. but here he is not giving any park or club house or other common facilities for this cost. He is also not having DTCP approval. Investing in TeamYesh or houses not having DTCP approval at this time when court case is going on concerned with all over TN is a risky investment. So I decided to go for DTCP approved TeamYesh.i.e. a pure gated community in letter and spirit with all park or common favilities. Think twice before investing your hard earned money.

Hi I am interested in NVS enclave - situated in L & T bye pass in Madukkarai village. I came to know that it is gated community, but some people mentioned that it is not gated community. There is some 10 feet road is crossing in between the colony, which will be used by nearby villagers / farmers. The villagers will be using the road as their right as recorded in sale agreement. but the realtors claim that they will put a gate and restrict the access. Do anybody have any idea how far it is true. If villagers cross between the NVS enclave colony, what is the safety and what is the guarantee that it will not become a thoroughfare to be used by more villagers as their right.
