MVL The Palms, Bhiwandi, Thane

I have booked a unit in 2014 with this builder in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan for 550 sqft. and they committed to deliver the possession to me by 2017. They showed me beautiful dreams of how you can earn from this property. I paid 20% of the cost as decided and agreed upon. After some period of time they sent me letter stating that they have upgraded the area by 54 sq ft and asked me for the remaining money. I went to the site and saw that nothing has come up and it is just the land there. I went to there office and spoke to them, and to my surprise they have also changed by unit, which was on a higher scale. I had to fight a little to get my unit back which I originally booked. After a year and a half they signed the Builder Buyer Agreement and it stated that by 2018 they will give the possession. I went to see the status of the construction and still there is nothing called a room been build.

I am unsure how are they going to finish the construction and give possession by 2018. The commitment has gone haywire and its all false. I think I have invested and lost my money

I am also a victim of fraud & cheating by MVL . I have also invested in MVL-2BHK & the Constructionguru30 never got started. I have initiated legal proceedings in consumer cour against MVL builders. I have paid Rs.4.90 lac in 2014 and the builider has no intention to start the project. I invested in a 1BHK at Mvl the Palms in Bhiwadi in Dec'13. The project was under pre-launch then. I paid the first installment and total payment paid approx 525, 000 ans still not any construction start. want to back my money please

Kindly do not ever invest in any project of MVL, they are a bunch of frauds lookimg to swivel your hard earned monry, I am filing a consumer case against them soon.

My name is Rohit and today I am writing about MVL which is a gurgaon based company and they are the worst in this business. I have personally exeperienced their work culture. Their CMD Mr. Prem adip rishi is the whole sole of this company. Each and every decision is made by him. The made his every project like hell as he don't want to spend money on them. He use to expell staff and contractors so that he can eat their payments.

The palms:

It is the project which is at the best location in bhiwadi but company do not want to spend money on it. It is the extension of project Indi homes. They are using worst material in fitting in the project. Their existing customer of coral is suffering from the service and bad equipments.

Staff:

Staff will never be the same in whole year so you will not get the proper updation regarding project. CMD use to replace all the staff twice in a year. You staff courtesy is nil here.

Friends I will not recommend you to buy flats or any prperty in MVL. they use to make fool of all clients.

Location is verygood, but buliders not giving any clarity on possession, have paid almost complete money but still struggling? .structure is ready to move but no reason why this delay.no staff to clarify this. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

I invested in a 1BHK at Mvl the Palms in Bhiwadi in Dec'13. The project was under pre-launch then. I paid the first installment of approx 1, 38, 000 which was 10 pc of the assumed project cost. I paid another 1, 46, 000 a month later as the second instalment. My floor plan was changed from 10th -11 th & the superbuilt area was changed from 550 sqft - 605 sqft without even intimating me.

I was asked to pay another 26k as the floor area was increased which I did. When I asked for loans from reputed private banks I was told the project is not approved.MVL failed to provide me a Builders & buyers contract as late as April.

Now they have asked for the 3rd intalment where the project price was hiked considerably. Couple of months back they sent in the BBA insisting me to pay the 3rd instalment or my earnest money will be forfeited. I sent them repeated mails asking them to clarify dubious charges like sink fund & other allied charges which they failed to clarify.
