Please do not book any property here. It is a B Khata property not A khata as mention all over sites. This property does not have OC and CC as false promise given by builder to trap innocent customer.

There is not way to regularize this property as AKRAMA -SAKRAMA is set to go, on high court orders. Fake promises till get all the money, no response after that from any one hard to reach those guys whom u can call anytime before booking.
