It is near the railway station.

It is horrible living in this place because there is so much pollution and noise that is created by this building being near the railway station. It is difficult to get any work done and sleep in the night.

Misguided on amenities

There are many cases where the buyers are misled on the details pertaining to the amenities and it is later that they are actually informed on the amenities that are not totally free for a lifetime. Hence it is because of some of these reasons that the buyers are not able to fully avoid such property details.

The maintenance fee is outrageously high and makes you want to leave the complex rather than stay here and pay such a high fee.

It has been majorly seen that there is no proper Coordination between the various agents and the vendors involved with the sub-registrar office in terms of the documentation requirement for registration and intimation of the same to the Seller
