If anyone wants to review Mojika group work, check out flats made in Chitrakoot (Mojika Midas) & Sukhdeopura Nohara (SS wonder residency). Low quality building material and no after sales maintenance, they won't take any responsibility post selling the flats, moreover they will promise good roads and electricity & water connection but won't provide anything.

They already have ongoing cases in consumer court by few of the flat owners of these two locations due to the reasons mentioned above.

Mojika builder is fraud and cheater. While buying the flat they committed for modular kitchen and wardrobe, aftet getting full payment flat has not been handed over. Cheap modular kitchen work has been done and a cheap iron almirah has been put in the flat and now they are giving justification that modular/wodden is not mention.. Such a cheap tactics. I am going for submitting the complaint in consumer forum and also in Rera. It is advised not to but any property from these cheater.

I would give ZERO or negative stars. The project never gets completed in time and given in very bad shape when handed over. I did not take possession of property because it had many defects. It never got corrected and now they insist to give possession of dilapidated flat. door broken, trash all over. Mojika managment or Ronak Mojika & Arun yadav who sold property avoids taking calls or refuses to repair the place.

AVOID them at all cost. Not reliable at all.

3rd class project hai. 2014 se chal raha hai par abhi tak 1st phase ka possession bhi nahi de pa raha hai mojika group. Builder ko bas full amount pay kar do aur bhul jao bas yahi thinking hai iss group ke owner ki. 2 phase ka tho bhagwan hi maalik hai

All good & 5 star review are fake and done by office employees himself instructed by Rajat Mojika. Beware even before thinking purchasing in this FLOP project. Enquiry before flats owner & they will tell you reality. Director of this company Ronak Mojika is fraudulent person. Already extended 3 terms by rera. You will find many good project insted of this

We are currently living in this building, its good the guard uncle is good here, but lift is not working most of the time and we are living on top floor so its hard, gymnasium, playing area, swimming pool all these things are not present here I dont know why it's written down there. The location is good flat is to spacious and ventilated we live in 3bhk flat it's fully furnished with all the amenities like tv, fridge, ac( in every room and main hall) , Jaguar fittings in bathroom, wood flooring in master bedroom, gallery in all three rooms, chimney etc, the secretary sir is too good and understanding, and its located on very Porsh area mall is 500m away, you can get everything thing you need just in walking distance all the amenities are in 1km appx, very good transportation services are available here the link is too good, parking services are good but if you have a four wheeler you may face a little problem but plenty of space is available for 2 wheeler. in short according to the price range its a good place to stay

Two years back my father-in-law booked a 3 BHK flat of 1740 square feet in Mojika Real Estate Developers in Malhotra Nagar of Jaipur which is just adjacent to Vidyadhar Nagar and Central Spine area which is regarded as one of the most posche area of Jaipur. The project is on work-in-progress mode and possession will be given by June, 2016. But already the rate has gone up by more than twenty percent which depicts that it is a good investment plan.

It is one of the most luxurious real estate project coming up in the city of Jaipur with all amenities like classic interior, safety provision, swimming club, parking slot, club house, hall for events and many others. Our three relatives have also made booking in this project and currently it is in huge demand. Payment norms are also flexible and divided over number of periods in a particular quarterly or six monthly wise to avoid burden of large amount of payment on its investors. We decided to invest in this project because of its location in one of the most posche area of the city. Also, it was suggested by our relatives who had already invested in this project.

The legal proceedings and documentation is transparent and simple in procedure. This project has already made money for us and its rates are still increasing. Initially, we decided it for investment purpose only but now my parent-in-law want to sustain this flat for future purpose because it will be almost impossible to get such amenities based flat in this posche area in the coming periods.
