I worked for 7 years in this company. Based on my personal experience, all I can say about modi builders is that as a company what they offers its employees is truly worth appreciation. Working environment is the best asset of the company.

Cons

Less number of paid leaves. Overall modi builders company is good.

Advice to Management.Needs to increase the number of paid leaves for employees( specially in case of emergency cases)."The salary hike and appraisals are quite good"
