Dont invest with MN Guru Akshitha as the builders are not trustworthy and at the same time very arrogant and rude.

They give all fault information, I have canceled booking here.

NO OC & CC and Extra two floor constructed penthouse with illegal.

They used Worst building materials.

occupied 12 feet extra in front gate which belongs to govt 40 feet road
