Pathetic customer response

I have bought a flat with MJ infrastructure and thier CRM team is pathetic. They think as if once we buy flat with them they take everything for granted. Mr. Anil kumar is a good responsive person but the CRM team never responds to any concerns or issues we have. Before buying flat they make u feel like king but once you buy flat after that your problems will start.
