To say that they are unethical and unprofessional to the last straw is an understatement because they would nt answer calls, they have not started the project and they are very slow on implementation.
Need of proper light connection

It is high time now that the buyers start vouching for basic amenities like proper food and electricity connection in addition to, connecting road and safe access to drinking water. It is also during these times that the builders are not giving proper details to the buyers who are interested in buying.

We did not get the document which states that the land on which the building is constructed in non-agricultural, which is why I decided not to invest in this project! Ask them for the document! If they are able to show it to you only then go forward!
Have not shown us non-agricultural land document.

The builders have not shown us the non-agricultural land document. They have shown us all other documents though and this caused us to become a bit suspicious of them.
No parking convenience

There tends to be a system that can strengthen parking enforcement by developing more convenient payment and time options. This has to be done along with price levels available to consumers.
No much input

It is a very common case where the staff member who works with the brokers happens to realises that there is no much input by the broker and hence is aware of all the tricks in the real estate. This adequately reduces the staff growth.
Poor connectivity to metros

Metros lack basic connectivity in terms of catering basic travel places and acting as a bridge between locations famous for shopping centres, travel places, providing basic sources of entertainment like movies, malls and food outlets. Hence the lack of feasibility.
