Had taken their product some how sold with losses,

No permanent road for MIMS Residency property, Temporary road being used from BDA layout it would be closed soon, road connecting from greenfield school builder is claiming which is under dispute you can find OS no there, no open space just like rajdhani express train, u will find some cracks also on the structure as well.

This builder in bangalore is very expensive and they sell the flats at high rate but the apartment is very good and maintenance is also very good in this builder they build their apartment In very good environment, people will like there environment and also apartment outlook of apartments is also very good and inside they made kids Park and old age people Park and also swimming pool and other advantages I am fully satisfied with this apartment I already stay this apartment in past long ten years ago security is also very good they check biometric when they allow unknown person so there is very good security of this apartment

We purchased our house in MIMS Sprindale II over a year ago and we are very happy with our decision.  The community is small and close knit.  My children are free to roam all day, are welcome at every house in the community and with basement parking I don't have to worry about cars driving by.

The builder provided us with everything that was initially promised to us when we purchased the property.  The remote control gate.  The furniture in the pool area.  An extra fence around the property on the school side.  These were given at their own pace - which some considered slow - but they were given.

There are issues with the overall community layout that I don't like.  But what I have found since moving here is that every community has something about it that people don't like - every community - I have friends in the best and most expensive communities in Bangalore and they complain about the temple very close to them, or the mosque, or the church etc.you really need to decide what is important to you and let the little things slide when you are thinking of purchasing a property.or you will never purchase one.

We are so happy with our house, it has truly become a home.

The builder doesnt give a damn about its customers, will gladly take your money but when its time to give service they will bully and threaten you as if they are doing a favor. small builder with no experience .avoid at all costs. The build quality is very poor . most of the build is outsourced to third party laboureres who have very little quality control checks. Be very careful about the legal status of the project before making any payments.
