The builder doesnt give a damn about its customers, will gladly take your money but when its time to give service they will bully and threaten you as if they are doing a favor. small builder with no experience .avoid at all costs. The build quality is very poor . most of the build is outsourced to third party laboureres who have very little quality control checks. Be very careful about the legal status of the project before making any payments.

i dont whom did you talk to, i own a villa in one of the communities till today if i call for help builder responds and their quality is equally good wrt to any of the top builders. also to mention it, i was given my villa 2 months before the delive...ry date.

Well not only me i have referred it to my friends who have bought with them and even today they are satisfied and happy.
