The construction quality of the projects is not credible enough since many of the previously living tenants have considered the option to vacate the premises due to poor social infrastructure space and quality value.

The money spent here is not used properly and to get our unit registered is like mental tortue! We kept begging their customer service to do it but they never give us a proper reply! I am so frustrated! I invested in a wrong property and would not want anyone else to do so!

We had to bear a huge cost because of their changes in plans all the time. Plus, they did not consult the buyers when they made the changes. The finished product is not that good, so we are not that happy.

This realstate is one of the top realstates of Ghaziabad, my uncle recently booked a 2 bhk flat in an apartment, when I visited there, to see the house, I was shocked to see that. Really it was spacious enough . It has spacious rooms, and well furnished, modern kitchen and bathroom and 1 large hall. I never heard about Migsun amulya before that it provides such facilities in affordable price. Really hard to get such facilities in today's time. Not just this, it also gives you flat in best location with easy connectivity.

A totally fraud company, which looted our 3.28 lacs.

We booked an apartment on dated 16/12/2017 in Mannat- Sun 6- 1805(Greater Noida) through one of their agent “PROPSHOP” on the written email confirmation about 100% money back in occasion if the home loan gets declined. however our home loan didn’t get approved that they know already and now it’s been ages that we don’t have any hope of getting our money back as now this fraud company denies the fact that they don’t have any relation with PROP-SHOP” agent although the reality is that they booked our appointment through the very same company and agent.

Now the apartment which we booked has been allotted to some one else and we receivedNO MONEYbut the termination letter for our apartment.
