Metropolis management is NOT trustworthy at all. They will lure you by telling we have great prices, RERA approved, very supportive management and staff but once you become they customer, they start showing their true color(ignoring your calls and stop responding to your emails).
BUYERS - BEWARE - before taking any decisions
The quality of the construction is not up to mark. Also, not all of the land they own is litigation-free. There are some other land owners who claim that metropolis builders have encroached their land and so they are not letting the metropolis to go ahead with construction. We have been waiting for our villa for more than 2 years(as per agreement it is 9-12 months).
Note: BUYERS - BEWARE!
The MD(Jaipal Reddy) is the person in charge. He is not cooperative at all. He is giving false hopes to me as well as 12-15 other villa owners who are affected by the litigation issue.
Lot of us have invested all our savings into this and now we are regretting. He is now promising and promoting phase 3 of his project whereas the phase 1 villas are still not constructed. I don’t recommend anyone to buy a villa here and fall into their traps.!BUYERS - BEWARE!
We cannot trust this builders these Builder are not trustworthy. In the beginning of the project these Builder had committed lot of things, lot of promising words with all facilities(amenities) regarding the project. So, I have invested in this property since 2-3 years back and have not got the house yet(only years are going without any results).
As the property belongs to Mr. Jaipal Reddy(MD) and his staffs are helping him safe in the all ways to give different set of reasons to postpone the dates what he committed in his meetings with the customer means to say indirectly keeping the trusted customer in the dark with no solutions given on time towards any issues with the project. Frankly speaking we are stuck here and I recommend you people to Think Twice before take any firm decisions.
