Don't waste your money on this developer

Unprofessional. Took them almost 9 months to make the foundation and can you believe, they got that wrong as well. Construction isn't done as per the drawing that was confirmed. On telling them, they said "mistakes happen sir" which is unnacceptable.

After this for almost 6 months the property is left untouched and the person in-charge keeps giving excuses on holidays and the contractor not doing their job.
Disappointing Experience-Unmet Promises-Delay

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the false promises made throughout the entire process.

What was meant to be an exciting milestone turned out to be a frustrating and stressful experience.

The delay has exceeded 2years from the promised date.

Unfortunately, I will not recommend Merusri to anyone looking for reliable and timely service. My experience was a complete let down.

Merusri Developers are a trusted brand and have safe and secure plots for sale. I also have invested through them. They make the entire process seamless. I am really delighted seeing their professionalism and responsiveness towards the customers.

I was surprised with the budget options I found with merusri developers we bought 2 plots at Merusri Springs Devanahalli along with my partner. The Booking process was very organised from the beginning to the end. They also provided us with much needed information about the plots and also loans available. This project has a great advantage in terms of being strategically situated.

• Hi, Recently visited this property and developments are so good. and having good connectivity. Executives are very nice, they explained thoroughly in detailed.We visited across all the projects surrounding also, very truly this is the only project we liked it. Very soon we are planning to buy this through Bank loan. once again we will review it after purchasing property.
