His recent adventure is he is trting to build on a site apartment complex bearing B A no 11086/2014ACP-IIG1 and 11087/2014ACP IIG1. He got this from municipal corporation by hiding from them the fact that the proposed site I'd under dispute and the visakhapatnam district court  Has ordered status quo and ordered him not to sell or build on the property the the matter is settled by the court

Construction wise good, good ventilation, comfortable, good view from the balcony. Maintenance good. The structure of the building is very good which show's the goodman ship of the Builder's and the architect. The spacious rooms with high ceiling the broad corridors and air passages help in free circulation, well done floors . very efficient and qualitatively excellent construction keep it up. It reflects the good taste of the Builder Mr. Mangapathi Raju.

I wish the Builder Mr. Mangapathi Raju.

I am Impressed with the flat. The Building plan is good. The space provision of stair and frontage of flat are comfortable. The quality of construction appears to be very good designed well. My colleagues and friends pay compliments with regard to the layout and construction of the flat. I enjoy staying in the flat.The structure of the building is very good which shows the goodmanship of the Builder’s and the architect. I wish the builder will keep up the standard in new projects.

The design of the building Pusapati Towers is aesthetically pleasing and practical the spacious rooms with high ceiling. The broad corridors and air passages help in free circulation of air. Quality workmanship. It reflects the good taste of chartered Constructions and Company.

The most ideal place for first time buyers and the best part is the good service and dedication to meet the targets.interior is well done, good natural light & air circulation, well done floors, security is good.

The managing director mr penmetsa surya mangapathi raju is one of the finest builders in town.he is a genuine person.he always deliveres what he promises.i have heard about the new project which is going to start very soon and I hope their is an oppurtunity for me to buy another safehand property, the whole staff who worked for my previous property have been polite and cooperative. its a piece of mind with merridian promoters and I would always be thankful to him.

Review on Mangapathi Raju is very usefull.I understand he has bounced a lot of cheques. He has not paid his vendors also. Owes money to his neighbors. Thank god I, have not booked a flat. The site mouthshut.com is very use full.

These guys should be punished by the court of Law.I understand his whole family is into cheating. All the citizens of Vizag should unite and teach him a lesson.Wonder what he is doing with all the duped money

With his soft spoken words and devotional look and atmosphere of his office he is attracting public who are innocent to invest their hard earned money by buying FLATS promoted by Mangapathi Raju. The entire staff are very bad and will not disclose any truth about Mangapathi Raju.

Penmatsya Surya Mangapathi Raju and his office assistant REDDY an old men are taking advances from the buyers and not handing over the flats to them for no of years. Both will not be available at office or over telephone for buyers who badly in need of taking possession of Flats.

There are more than 100 cases against Penmatsya Surya Mangapathi Raju in Visakha civil courts and in Consumer courts. No of criminal cases are also framed on Penmatsya Surya Mangapathi Raju and his wife ANURADHA wife of Penmatsya Surya Mangapathi Raju.
