It has been constantly observed that due to poor supervision, there has been lack of interest in the security systems in the residential arenas. As a result of this, not many are bought into the idea of having a full-fledged apartment built in this area.

I am writing this review for Merlin Legacy and Not Merlin Waterfront.I truly agree with Pinka who wrote her review about Merlin Waterfront.

Merlin as a builder is Disgusting.Their charges are extremely high compared to other builders in Kolkata.But believe me they don't have any Quality.They don't respond to Emails.You cannot contact the Project Directors over Telephone such as Mr.Satyen Sanghvi or Rachit Sanghvi.I booked Merlin Legacy in April 2014.Got possession on 2 Nov 2018.They were supposed to give possession in Dec 2017 with a grace period of plus 6 months else compensation.So when I asked for Compensation, they replied Compensation cannot be given as they applied for Completion Certificate from Kolkata Municipal Corporation in March itself which is within the plus 6 months grace period from Dec 2018.Its Kolkata Municipal Corporation Fault that they could get CC so late on October 3 2018.In short this is their way not to give compensation.

Now coming to the quality of the project, It costed me around Rs 96 Lakh for a 3 BHK 1110 sq Ft Super Build up area including Car Parking and Servants Quarter.Plenty plenty faults.Main door caught termite.Although Merlin Replaced.But I came to know from the workers on Site that the quality of the door is extremely bad.Once wind came and that time by the mere force of wind many doors fell down.Then sand quality is poor and quantity is not enough and within a short time walls will start getting damaged.While taking handover you have to thoroughly check one by one tiles as plenty plenty tiles you can expect to found crack and damaged.Then the bedroom door frames are absolutely below quality.Merlin Staffs change in no time.There is no company retention.Anyways I am not at all satisfied with Merlin.You can contact me at Eight Seven Five Seven Seven Five Nine Four Seven Four if you want to know more.

Merlin had promised to give possession on Dec 2018. It seems they are going to defer. Though no communication has been sent, they do not reply your email, you will get to know this if u call them.

Also they are asking full payment for a fit out possession with no water no electricity..rediculous... Did anyone faced this? Its our hard earned money Shd anyone believe this

Merlin watefront a project which has a beatifull view of hoogly river , vidyasagar and howrah bridge and the main view of kolkata which feel very good in the morning with a morning tea and a newspaper, with the wonderfull view from the balcony which will charge you up for the day . The atmosphere and the ambiance of the place is very good and possitive which is very much important in a persons life and it really matters for one who is living in such a place which does not have a positive environment and society and last but not the least the people living around you really matters. Over here for entertainment there is a club where people can go and can have a good time by spending with friends family and etc . Because everybody is earning money for an happy life I guess.

I bought a apartment in Merlin Waterfront. I am very much happy to be a part of Merlin Family. Thanks to Merlin Group.

Being a happy buyer of Merlin Waterfront, I would simply say that value comes with its quality and precision and the same one can get from Merlin projects.
