When I was thinking to buy flat my major concern was the location and its connectivity. Though I work in hinjewadi phase 3 my wife works in hinjewadi phase 1. So I actually thought about buying an home in hinjewadi itself . My preference was first to hinjewadi phase 1 . I went through a lot of options given by lot many builders and was confused. One of my friend booked a home in Megapolis, and suggested me for site visit. Believe me, I was overwhelmed by the gesture of sales executive, his approach for me was very suggestive. First he asked me for product that I am looking for and then gave me suggestions . I am very happy with the location and the pricing given to me in comparison with the amenities, the proximity of location and the infrastructure. Its an wonderful township live. Moreover if you want to rent it, they provide an extended support for that as well. I am satisfied as of now. As my flat is under construction I would share my further experience later on.
