Be careful with Mayur builders. Initially they commit on CC and OC, and finally after the payment they say they cannot provide CC and OC. Force them to give to full clarity on CC and OC, and amenities they provide.

Though construction quality is a bit good, the internal items like sink, toilets, windows are not using good quality products.

Mayur Group is seriously a name we can trust upon as they deliver exactly what they promise and that too in a timely manner.

I personally own a flat in Mayur Paradise and everything is so perfect and accurate that I have suggested my relatives to go for different projects by Mayur Group as its worth spending the money.

My advice for people out here who are seeking their dream homes or future investments to invest in projects by Mayur Group as its a true value for money.
Cheat & Fraud

Never buy apartments from Mayur group, they are cheats! In Mayur Signature the project is delayed by almost six month and the builder is not giving occupancy certificate. Now the builder is telling that it dosent have any approval for constructing any amenities like Gym, Club house, swimming pool etc. The builder is a cheat and fraud. It is not giving Aluminium windows instead of UPVC and local brand switches instead of Anchor. Also builder plans to provide only one life instead of two. Builder is asking additional 50000 now for providing occupancy certificate and charges heavy price for any modifications in flat.

I bought a flat in Mayur Paradise. I was supposed get the flat 2 years back. They are still making me run around. Extremely evasive the builder, they are. ZERO commitment.

I would never recommend them to anyone.

I have put all my money in this and there is nothing I get - can't claim income tax benefits, can't rent it out!

I took 3 flats in Mayur Brundavan along with my colleagues, around 1 year back. But due to some financial crunch I was not willing to continue with further payments raised by Mayur Group, and meanwhile I was getting a lot of calls from Mayur Brundavan Commercial department, so finally I told them my situation.First they told me that as per sales agreement we'll deduct 25 percent of the amount paid by me till then, and then they can return remaining 75 percent, that too once they will sale my flat to another customer. as I was paying them by my own source of fund, without getting any home loan.

Anyhow I managed to convince that lady to fix a meeting with the MD Mr Krishna Reddy, he is such a gentle man, after listening to all my problems, not only he returned my entire money back without any deduction, but helped me in another  way to come out with my problem.

My two colleagues those who booked with me are very much satisfied with the services and quality of construction of Mayur Brundavan. I can refer Mayur Group to any of my friends or relatives blindly.
Mayur-Group Frauds not returning my money

We booked an apartment in Mayur Brundavan after that we found that they showed flat is different from agreement document. Then we raised the issue but they were not looking into it and they forced me to register their documented flat. Since they didn't give me the flat I wanted.

Then we canceled and waiting for the amount that we paid earlier. Mayur Brundavan is a fraud and is not responding for my paid amount and they postponed for almost 6 months and it creates lot of problem within my family. Now I am rising this issue to others, So that others will not fall in Mayur Builders trap. Especially please be careful with their sales people they are acting as real owners.
