I am living in the society from last 6 months.

commitments not fulfilled,

clubhouse, swimming pool, playing are / courts all are missing. stilt parking not provided.

bathroom tiles are broken. all lower grade material. doors already de-shaped.

moreover all maintenance is given to JLL who so you will be a ball between JLL and builder. Nothing will happen finally.

Maya garden city is the one of the best apartments in the city . The approach of this society is very near from chandiagrh and surrounded areas. The construction quality is also good and the rooms are also very spacious. The location is very easy to approach and near to the wallmarts.

In the end we can say value for your money.

Maya Garden city and Barnala Builders are best in construction business and I am a satisfied customer of Maya Garden group.

If you are looking to invest in commercial there new project is coming soon. They ate best in field so don't forget to contact them.

I have taken flat from them and they have given everything on time.

Maya garden apartments are reliable place to live. I don't live there, I just visited my relative's flat there and I loved the facilities they are provided. And the infrastructure was nice as well. I talked to some staff members there, they are nice. I would recommend to buy a flat there for those who are newly shifted to Chandigarh or Zirakpur as you will get good facilities and it would be easier to adjust to a new place.

I am resident of mayagarden city zirakpur designing is good but maintenance activities needs a lot more. Construction quality is horrible or I can say worst .the company tried to achieve the completion at the earliest but no body cared about curing of walls, plaster may leave your wall by just scratching them with your nails. In totality full money waste
