I recently invested my money to buy an apartment in an upcoming project "Maya Garden Avenue" by Barnala Builders.

I was really satisfied with their system of dealing with investors. I found them as the best home providers ever seen before in Tricity.

I already invest once before this investment and earn good revenue on my money. I found they are best in customer services, facilities in apartments, and fastest possession provider. I really like to deal again with them.

1.PLEASE, IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING A FLAT, AT LEAST DON'T CHOOSE MAYA GARDEN.

2.TOTALLY FAKE PROMISES BY THE BUILDER.

3.NO CO-OPERATION BY THE TEAM OF MAYA GARDEN AFTER POSSESSION OF FLAT.

4.VERY POOR CONSTRUCTION QUALITY.

5.NO BODY WILL LISTEN TO YOU AFTER POSSESSION

6.NO POOL, NO GYM AND NO SOCIETY CLUB

7.PARKING CHARGES EXTRA

8.THE MAIN THING IS THAT AFTER POSSESSION YOU WILL BE FIGHTING DAILY WITH ANY OF THE PERSONS APPOINTED HERE FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE DIFFERENT AREAS.
