Max Balaji Group/Mr. Sunil Nagar is Fraud

I agree with the review posted by Mr. Balwinder and disagree by Mr. Rajiv, If a company do fraud with 80 peoples and do good deal with 20 peoples as one of like Mr, Rajiv that doesn't mean that company overall is good. Mr.Rajiv we think that your are from those who are safe but what about others? One of my friend has booked a plot in their Project and after he cancelled the plot but now he become a beggar in front of company from last 1yrs for his Refund of Rs.250000. Mr. Sunil Nagar (MD of Max Balaji and Vice President of Kartavaya Foundation) just know how to issue the Cheques but don't not to fund his account and Law.

My friend is continuously following up with them for last 8 months but not received his money. They even don't fear for cheque bouncing which is an offence under the act 138 which is a Crime. Lots of cases are filed against Mr. Sunil Nagar & Max Balaji even He was arrested and went to Jail also. The company Reputation is really vary Bad. But they are doing their business without any fear.

So, please don't buy/book any plot in their project like Defense Enclave/Railway Enclave/Defense City etc.etc. These peoples are vary smart before sale but vary bad after sales.
