Sir I have purchased flat from Marvel Builder at NIBM Road Project Name Marvel Sangria and the builder not giving the possession in time, the possession date was December 2013, I have taken the loan from ICICI Bank but now the bank is not helping me to come out from this situation kindly help me and look into the matter

To my utmost surprise I found that the Bank Regional Head Mortgages, was also hands in gloves with the builder Buyers just dont trust blindly even the banks cheat on you the dont vet the documents and the work in the interest of the builder, like a fool he is calling up the builders office and informing him about our presences what a example of hands in gloves, always ask your bank the EPN no on which the bank pass the project loan to the builder, he made us sit for almost 1.55 minutes to hand over the EPN letter, as he gave it to us I found some discriepences in that letter he immediately took the letter and did not gave it to us From that one can see total BUILDERS men In Solidarity Jai Hind
