Review On Marvel Realtors, Pune

This has with regards to my flat in Marvel Citrine, Pune.

I booked this flat in June 2010 with a promise that it will be ready before June 2013. I finally received the possession of my flat in Feb 2015. One year and Six months of delay.

After looking at the flat before taking possession I noticed certain flaws - bad quality work which was immediately bought to the notice of the engineers. I was promised all will be taken care of.

The repair work performed was even worse than the previous bad quality - they have put nails in the door frame to hold it together. NOBODY DOES THAT?

I live in a place which is 10+ years old and there are no cracks around any doors in my home. It only shows the bad quality of work by Marvel Builders.

Bottom line - I feel cheated after buying a so called reputed builder.

Please reconsider before you buy their property.
