Never trust this business house "Marvel Realtors"

Warning all investors and buyers, this business house goes by the name - "Marvel Realtors" and "Marvel Sigma homes pvt ltd"

All the advertisements and hoardings are just an eyewash, we bought 2 flats in the project - Arco in 2012 with a promise to get the possession in April 2013. We are investors from UAE and Australia

The project is not even ready for possession and we are here in 2016. We talked to the investors and got some insight from the media and found that this company is take a big slide down in reputation due to delay due to lack of funds.

There is no future vision to finish projects on time too.

The management is just into sales and marketing and no after sales support.

Customer care is irresponsible and very careless, they don't respond to calls, there is no customer service at all infact after the sale is made.

There is no updates from Management on when the project will be ready.

The timeline provided earlier for project completion has never been adhered to.

Many more reviews here for prior project like Zephyr, Bounty, Cascada, Cruze also suggest that this is a very bad housing company to deal with.

Final word- the product and amenity promised in the project has also been compromised.

Just dont waste money and time with this builder.
