Personal experience.

Earlier I recommended to buy flats in Marutham Bhaghya.

Sorry. I withdrew my review.

Please dont buy flat here.

Purpose defeated.

Even one person can park 5 cars.

If your car parking vacant simply somebody will park.

Even brilliant flat owners park 2 cars in their slot so that others can't park.

Any space any one will park.

Association will keep quiet.

Builder not yet gave total possession.

Any complaint to Association no use.

They are for collecting maintenance and pay the bills.

No control.

Builder should have explained the conditions to buyer.

But builder needs to sell and leave.

My advice Don't invest in Marutham groups. You will feel sorry like me and loose your peace of mind.

If you invest in Marutham, please appoint one person to stand in front of your car parking to ensure no one is parking cars in your slot. Originally I recommended this builder but I am soory.

We bought one flat in marutham' s GEM apartments @ ramAnasultanthapuram, coimbatore! Basically they are chennai based promotors, our project was their 4 th or 5 th in coimbatore, after this  , they have completed many in coimbatore, they give flats at affordable prices, thats the main point, I want to appreciate, u can not find any major negative with the promotors, I am satisfied with their Constructionguru30 quality!
