I also had a very bad experience with the Marg properties. I booked a flat at Marg Utsav about 2 years back and due to unavoidable circumstances had to cancel it. I raised a cancellation request early 2012, they assured that they would repay the amount within three months but still now(Oct 2013) I have not received a single bloody rupee from them, it is more than 1.5 years. They keep saying that they do not have funds which is sick and they do not treat us with respect once they had received the money.


Also, I enquired few others who had booked flats at Marg, they said that they have not received proper documents even after paying the full amount.


You might wonder why I have written negatively about Marg, the answer is simple "Just want to make sure nobody else gets screwed like me".


Well, If you have lots of money, you can go ahead, coz they will not repay you back.

My cousin Late Dr.P.Sambasivarao HOD Dept.Of Chemistry Pondicherry University. died on 1-2-2012,hence the family could not proceed further for remitting the instalments.The project is Ayush-c-1004 Marg swanabhoomi about 10KM from Kalpakkam The matter...was taken up with one of their executives who was kind enough to look in to the matter for refund. so far there is no reply from the company. I contacted one Mr.Aravind over phone. He said he will look into the matter . There is no response till now.

I had booked an apartment with Marg Brindavan at Sriperumbudur in Dec 2010 with promised delivery in dec 2012. But till date it is not completed- I have paid one third the cost & there is a clause in the agreement which says 15% of the total value of...apartment will be withheld in case of refund only after 3 months- but they dont even reply to emails..this is a company without any morals or scruples!  Read More
